Accounting Manager

Our client, a strong and growing company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Big 4 or National/Regional CPA firm Audit and corporate accounting experience.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, as well as directing and coordinating the work of accounting staff and other departments. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical skillset and excellent communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CPA certification
  • 4-6 years of related accounting experience
  • 3-5 years of personnel management experience
  • Experience with General Ledger systems (e.g. Great Plains, SAP, Oracle)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Familiarity with Blackline or other close management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Salary: Up to $110k plus 10% bonus and outstanding benefits and incentives.
