Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custom Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our spray equipment, applying crop protection products, and ensuring the safe handling and delivery of bulk and packaged materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain spray equipment, including computers and calibration systems
  • Apply crop protection products and calibrate equipment as needed
  • Mix, load, and apply crop production products and plant nutrients
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain equipment
  • Handle and deliver bulk and packaged materials, seed, and other agriculture inputs
  • Clean and maintain equipment, and assist with mechanical repairs
  • Maintain accurate application and spray records
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Agricultural background or experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements
  • Current CDL or ability to obtain; we will train the right candidate
  • Meet minimum DOT age requirement
