Senior Building Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Engineer to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing.
- Monitor and maintain building management systems, including energy management and lighting control.
- Coordinate and inspect work performed by outside contractors.
- Perform niche and sophisticated tasks, such as carpentry, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent and trade school or training.
- Minimum of eight years experience in electrical systems, refrigeration, and/or HVAC/R or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- EPA Universal 608 certification preferred.
- Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair.
