We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Engineer to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operating costs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
- 8+ years of experience in building systems maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- EPA Universal 608 certification preferred.
