About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Engineer to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operating costs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in building systems maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • EPA Universal 608 certification preferred.
