As a key member of our East Gulf Region team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless project delivery
  • Coordinate plan reviews and project management activities for TDOT and local municipalities
  • Organize and track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and client sign-offs
  • Prepare and issue project-related correspondence, documents, and invoices
  • Assist with project submittals, bidding activities, and market local municipal clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture, or a minimum of 8 years relevant industry experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
  • Ability to market local municipal clients and provide technical and administrative support
