  • Administrative Support
    • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and filing.
    • Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, and staff.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, providers, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Two years of experience in a medical office, hospital, or insurance company preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office components.
    • Knowledge of data collection procedures and database management.
