Job Overview

The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Account Services team at LT. This dynamic individual must be highly motivated and organized to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management
    • Draft and edit of Scope of Work documents, Internal Account/Project Briefs, Master Services Agreements, Change Orders, and other necessary documentation
  • Client Communication
    • Provide timely updates to clients regarding due dates, status of deliverables, and important information
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist with tracking and logging of account meeting notes and milestones
    • Assist with scheduling of project deliverables in our project management system
  • Research and Support
    • Assist in research and collection of work samples for presentations
  • Content Review
    • Review grammar, spelling, and formatting of documents to be presented to clients
  • Presentation Development
    • Create, edit, and review presentations in PowerPoint & Keynote
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Assist with scheduling of meetings, conferences, and follow-ups with clients

Reporting Relationship

The Account Coordinator will report to a senior member of the Account Services team, who will provide mentorship, oversight, and assistance with day-to-day responsibilities and career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent ability to meet deadlines on projects and coordination of tasks
  • Natural ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote (Mac) is essential
  • Extraordinary communication skills; providing the Account Services team with information about the status of coordination tasks or issues
  • Passion for the latest and greatest in technology, marketing, advertising, communications, and innovation
  • Driven to accept responsibility and accountability for work while seeking opportunities for additional challenges and growth
