Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Pella Windows and Doors. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for building the Pella brand within the commercial industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions.
Main Duties- Develop business-partner relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and commercial organizations.
- Originate new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings.
- Sell Pella products and services to new and existing customers.
This role requires occasional travel to showrooms, job sites, and customer/contractor locations. The ability to drive and lift up to 50 pounds is also required.
Pay Range$55,000 - $60,000 per year.
