Business Development Specialist

Fortress Security is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase Fortress Security's solutions and services
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
