About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RV Parts Associate to join our team at Airstream of Austin. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient ordering and delivery of parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Coordination: Coordinate the ordering of accurate parts from suppliers and manufacturers, as well as the tracking of those parts to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure the integrity of our parts inventory.
  • Order Management: Add part orders to work orders in our inventory management system and maintain updates throughout the day.
  • Invoice Processing: Prepare and submit invoices to our corporate office for payment.
  • Part Receipt and Processing: Receive and process parts into our inventory management system upon delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of experience in the RV industry, preferably in a parts or inventory control role.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
