Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.

As a Team Member, you will receive:
- Hourly compensation.

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience (either in external sales, internal sales representative roles, retail sales, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets is advantageous.
- A keen interest in marketing products and services tailored to client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude.

Availability:
- Must be able to work from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
