Job Summary

The Membership Concierge Leader is a key role in delivering exceptional member experiences at Life Time Fitness. This position requires a strong leader who can build and maintain a culture of excellence, drive team performance, and foster a growth mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, sales, and team management, with a deep understanding of the importance of member retention and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
  • Lead and manage a team of Membership Concierges to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and member satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

This role requires a high level of skill related to leadership, customer service, sales, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field. Additionally, they will have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record in customer service, sales, and team management. The candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
