Role Overview:
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of current practices to enhance operational efficiency through standardization, optimization, simplification, or other methodologies.
- Providing recommendations for business workflows that align with the strategic objectives of the organization; facilitating the integration of processes across various departments.
- Coordinating modifications to business processes and supporting the implementation of technological solutions.
- Executing a comprehensive range of standard tasks within the professional domain, escalating complex or atypical issues as necessary.
- Identifying and addressing intricate challenges while applying problem-solving techniques to navigate most scenarios.
- Exhibiting and leveraging extensive knowledge in the field by successfully completing moderately complex assignments, demonstrating a solid grasp of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding the organization’s operational practices and challenges, with familiarity in Service Level Agreements.
- Upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality regarding employee, customer, and corporate information.
- Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting end-users, showcasing exceptional customer service abilities.
- Proficient experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and OneDrive.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or relevant vocational training or IT Support Certification is preferred.
