Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Reco Equipment Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the heavy equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative assistance to customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and prioritize new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain a strong working knowledge of all Reco products to provide expert advice to customers
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively market products and negotiate terms
- Self-starter with a proactive and strategic approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and ability to travel within a territory
