- Handle payment collections and co-pay processing.
- Assist patients with insurance paperwork and billing inquiries.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues.
- A flexible schedule is necessary, as our clinics operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1 PM.
