KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome patients and guide them through the registration process.
  • Handle payment collections and co-pay processing.
  • Assist patients with insurance paperwork and billing inquiries.
  • Manage phone calls and facilitate check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Verify and update patient identification and demographic/insurance details.
  • Conduct end-of-day cash drawer reconciliations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, along with a solid understanding of medical terminology.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary, as our clinics operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 1 PM.
