Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide Group Fitness Instructors to ensure high-quality classes and exceptional member experiences.
  • Develop and maintain the Group Fitness class schedule, ensuring a diverse range of programs that cater to various fitness levels and interests.
  • Coordinate all aspects of Group Fitness programs, including equipment maintenance, instructor training, and program development.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve member satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Manage staff meetings and appreciation events to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team, staff, and members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in teaching Group Fitness classes and a strong understanding of fitness programming.
  • Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor certification and ability to maintain current certifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
