Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective HR programs
  • Manage the execution of open enrollment, surveys, and required trainings to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new team members
  • Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all hourly team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS information systems to ensure data integrity
  • Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee Resource Group engagement activities to foster a sense of community
  • Provide support to team members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues that arise

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a relevant field required
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Strong and effective communication skills required
  • Ability to facilitate trainings, orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
