Job Title: Help Desk Technician

ClancyJG International is seeking skilled Help Desk Technicians to join our team in Cookeville, TN, and Oakridge, TN.

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Help Desk Technicians to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, software troubleshooting, and hardware support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Resolve user incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Install and configure software and hardware as required.
  • Support the lifecycle management of IT equipment, including deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Ensure installations are accomplished per plan, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practice.
  • Resolve technical issues and document installed configuration.
  • Support desktop, server, and network equipment.
  • Use ITSM tools to manage user incidents and requests.
  • Escalate incidents to the next highest tier.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in IT service management and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance.
