Position Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst at Parasol Alliance, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their technical issues. You will be a leader in the field of technology, known for your expertise and ability to provide clear and concise information to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 support for all client tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Offer level 2 support when possible, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide onsite support for hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve tickets and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document all issue steps and resolutions within service tickets, maintaining accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in healthcare is preferred, with a strong background in long-term healthcare support.
  • A minimum of three years of level 1 support experience in an enterprise environment is required.
  • Proficiency in multiple enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, file shares, printers, and copiers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
