Your Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Manager, you will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers, focusing on achieving departmental goals related to booked calls and sales.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and training staff to effectively convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Managing dispatch operations to ensure optimal technician assignment for each job.
- Developing and refining call scripts to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of the market to understand customer needs and engagement strategies.
- Monitoring staff performance through call reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance sales techniques.
- Establishing a measurable coaching and training framework.
- Demonstrating how individual contributions impact overall company success.
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands and seasonal fluctuations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to inspire growth and development within team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities to drive team performance towards business objectives.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Call Center Management is required.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.
