Primary Responsibilities
You will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers responsible for scheduling service appointments and achieving departmental sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Training and guiding staff on effective call conversion techniques
- Managing dispatch operations to ensure optimal technician assignments
- Creating and refining call scripts to enhance clarity and effectiveness
- Developing market expertise to understand customer needs and engagement strategies
- Monitoring staff performance, reviewing recorded calls, and providing sales enhancement feedback
- Establishing a cost-effective and measurable coaching and training program
- Demonstrating how individual contributions impact overall company success
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands and seasonal fluctuations
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to motivate and foster both personal and professional growth among team members
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proven track record of driving team performance to meet business objectives
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Call Center Management required
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred
