THE ROLE
As the Boutique Operations Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales, providing exceptional experiences, and cultivating loyal client relationships.

Establishing an ideal balance of sales and service by positioning the right talent in the right roles at the right times.

Effortlessly manage or escalate the nuanced details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations that contribute to an extraordinary shopping experience.

Overseeing the daily performance of the retail team to align with business goals, fostering career development and an outstanding employee experience.

Collaborating with relevant Business Support partners to seamlessly guide the daily operations of the department in alignment with corporate objectives.
