Job Title: Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting discovery and proposal meetings, and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses using lead generation sales methodologies.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quotas by efficiently managing the sales pipeline and producing maximum results.
  • Qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services and follow up promptly.
  • Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists.
  • Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool.
  • Support direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed.
  • Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.
Requirements:
  • Previous sales B2B experience, preferably in the small business sector.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting, and marketing skills.
  • Ability to maintain CRM data and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.
  • Proactive management of the schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
