Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at TeamLogic IT. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by managing the sales pipeline, generating leads, conducting discovery and proposal meetings, and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses using lead generation sales methodologies.
- Meet or exceed revenue quotas by efficiently managing the sales pipeline and producing maximum results.
- Qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services and follow up promptly.
- Research and gather information about target SMBs and develop prospecting lists.
- Document all activities and interactions in the CRM tool.
- Support direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed.
- Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.
- Previous sales B2B experience, preferably in the small business sector.
- Proven track record of quota attainment.
- Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting, and marketing skills.
- Ability to maintain CRM data and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.
- Proactive management of the schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
- Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
