Position Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is in search of a proficient and dynamic Senior Administrative Coordinator to assist the AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) leadership team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to navigate tight deadlines while managing tasks that influence various teams.
The ideal candidate will be an adept planner and organizer, capable of responding swiftly and effectively to the needs of the leadership team. A deep understanding of business priorities is crucial, along with the ability to anticipate requirements proactively and enhance processes for a globally distributed team. Trustworthiness in handling confidential information is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage intricate calendars and scheduling with tact and confidentiality.
2. Organize, prioritize, and manage time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring timely action.
3. Facilitate and assist with team events, including staff meetings, off-site gatherings, and social functions.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including air, hotel, and ground transportation, while creating comprehensive itineraries for both domestic and international travel.
5. Collaborate closely with various teams, including Recruiting, Facilities, HR, and other Executive Assistants within the Amazon ecosystem.
6. Track and drive the completion of essential deliverables, following up on outstanding items such as meeting notes and action items.
