Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our AWS IAM team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and operating high-throughput, reliable, distributed systems on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex system components with an uncompromising bar on quality.
  • Partner with others to effectively communicate technical ideas and build consensus.
  • Support less experienced team members in growing their craft.
  • Stay focused on key business outcomes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • 4+ years of highly scalable systems experience.
