Digital Sales Leader

Join our team at Metro Publishing Services as a Sales Manager and lead our Multi-Media Advertising Sales Team to success. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly sales meetings and monthly training sessions with sales staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Teach sales team to develop and present effective advertising programs to decision makers and convince them how the proposals align with the clients' objectives.
- Achieve team revenue goals and other personal goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Other duties and tasks as required by senior management.
- Minimum 5 years sales and 2 years advertising management experience with demonstrated success in developing, growing, and managing team revenues and customer relationships.
- Media sales or related experience required.
- Transactional and consultative selling, coaching, and training skills are a major plus.
- Digital sales and management experience are highly desired.
- Experience leading in-person and hybrid sales employees, managing and selling events and promotions is helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Familiarity with web metrics and digital marketing.
- High degree of proficiency using standard business productivity tools (email, teleconferencing, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Territory management experience.
- Self-motivated, energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
