Job Summary

This position will focus on pre-deposit functions of graduate admissions, recruitment, and yield for our current 3 graduate programs for the School of Hospitality Administration at InsideHigherEd.

This includes application management, WebAdmit updates, execution of marketing strategy, outreach at internal and external graduate admissions events, data analysis and reporting, financial aid awarding in collaboration with the graduate admissions committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage graduate program applications and WebAdmit updates
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for graduate admissions
  • Participate in internal and external graduate admissions events
  • Analyze and report data on graduate program recruitment and yield
  • Collaborate with the graduate admissions committee on financial aid awarding
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience or Master's Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
