Technical Support and Field Service Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Engineer. This role will play a critical part in supporting our customers through field service, onsite technical training, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Travel and Field Service: Regular travel to customer and vendor locations within the designated territory and across the United States.
- Technical Training and Collaboration: Providing onsite training and working closely with engineering teams, technicians, and stakeholders.
- Preventive Maintenance and Customer Support: Performing scheduled preventive maintenance services and providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering: Or equivalent experience.
- 2+ Years of Related Field Service Experience: Preferably in the utilities, energy, or industrial equipment sector.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for extensive travel.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
