Client Engagement Associate

We are currently seeking a Client Service Professional to act as the primary point of contact between clients and Financial Advisors (FAs). This role encompasses various aspects of the client experience, including the preparation of financial documentation and account reviews.
This position is on-site. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
We determine our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data, and we consider factors such as tenure, performance, and geographic location when making an offer. We value open discussions about compensation expectations during the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Vice President (Financial Advisor) and their clients by implementing the client service model effectively.
- Facilitate the establishment of new accounts at custodial and broker/dealer levels, including follow-up on fund transfers.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, completing necessary financial documentation to execute recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
- Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client documentation and setup.
- Maintain the Salesforce database and client files, including filing, copying, and data entry.
- Investigate and follow up on issues with broker/dealers, vendors, and the operations department.
- Record incoming assets using the appropriate tracking tools.
- Acquire knowledge of company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and sales processes.
- Support client service functions across all teams as needed.
- Active securities licenses 7 & 66 (or 7, 63 & 65) - or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire - required.
- A 4-year degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in financial administration is preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for developing team and client relationships.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills are required.
- Attention to detail and process is crucial.
- Good problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with E-Money is advantageous.
- Experience with GMIB Annuities is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Annuity Order Entry/Annuity Net Systems is a plus.
