StretchLab, a leader in the personalized stretching industry, is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Sales Associate. This position is pivotal in our mission to enhance the health and wellness of our clients through improved mobility and flexibility.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with membership sales and member retention efforts. A background in fitness, health, or wellness is advantageous but not mandatory.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Driven by goals with a focus on achieving sales targets for both individual and group stretching sessions, as well as retail products.
  • A genuine passion for connecting with individuals and assisting them in reaching their wellness goals.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating authentic empathy.
  • Ability to learn and utilize the Club Ready software system effectively.
  • Exemplary work ethic, including reliability and punctuality.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the General Manager in the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Schedule and confirm stretching sessions for both prospects and existing members.
  • Manage front desk operations, welcoming and checking in clients and prospects.
  • Conduct facility tours while identifying and addressing individual client needs.
  • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales performance.
  • Engage in promotional events to enhance studio visibility.
  • Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure readiness for client use, while keeping the studio organized.
  • Participate in staff meetings and required training sessions.
