Job Title: Senior Audit Associate

CBIZ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all aspects of accounting, tax, and audit engagements for clients, including status updates to engagement managers and adherence to all quality control standards.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the client's business, including analysis and planning of client engagements.
  • Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requested, explaining variances when needed.
  • Achieve charge hour goals and review associates' accounting, tax, or auditing work, providing constructive review points.
  • May supervise Associate's on engagements, train and mentor associate staff, and be involved in the client billing process.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • CPA candidates preferred.
