Regional Sales Director for America

The Regional Sales Director (America) will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team in America. They will be accountable for defining and meeting sales targets and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
(a)Provide strategic direction for sales activities in America, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
(b)Build, develop, and motivate a sales team to cover the entire product line in America.
(c)Coordinate market research and competitor insights to improve sales targeting and customer engagement.
Manage the sales budget and set targets for the team in conjunction with the Overseas Sales Director and Global Product Line Director.
(d)Provide market and customer insights to colleagues to inform sales strategies across regions.
Requirements
(a)Strategic understanding of the lubricants and additives industry.
(b)Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations.
(c)Collaboration and teamwork, with a focus on making decisions in the best interests of the company.
(d)Ability to influence and motivate the team and organization, with a focus on continuous improvement.
