We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Specialist to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals serving the residential areas of Massachusetts. Clinical Care Specialist Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

  • Wound care management
  • Medication administration and management
  • Catheter care
  • Diabetic care and education
  • Accurate and timely documentation
  • Visits can range from basic wellness assessments to education on disease management, follow-up on medical visits, and ordering medical supplies, wound care, medication management, etc.

Requirements:

  • Previous home healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while interacting with various patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
