To qualify for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of caregiving experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • The ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Availability every other weekend and within an hour's reach when scheduled
  • A willingness to work within a 30-mile radius and with clients requiring various levels of care
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, dementia, Parkinson's, and working with both male and female clients
  • Comfort in working in homes or facilities and with all types of pets

Your role will involve assisting clients with daily activities, providing positive support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders while upholding our core values of compassion, integrity, dignity, and advocacy.
