Responsibilities:

  • Provide wound care and management services to patients
  • Manage medication and catheter care for patients
  • Offer diabetic care and education to patients
  • Accurately and timely document patient visits and care
  • Conduct visits that range from basic wellness checks to education on disease management, follow-up on MD visits, and ordering supplies

Requirements:

  • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
  • Candidates must have a MA Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
