National Account Sales Manager

INCPG is seeking a highly skilled National Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, particularly Publix Corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the refrigerated and frozen categories.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including Publix Corporate and brokers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering profitable business growth.
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
