Job Title: National Account Sales Manager

INCPG is seeking a highly skilled National Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, particularly Publix Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the refrigerated and frozen categories.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including Publix Corporate and brokers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
