Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric Transport Team at The Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating the care needs of assigned patients and developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
  • Develop and implement customized care plans based on individual patient needs and preferences.
  • Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed.
  • Balance care needs and financial considerations to ensure efficient and effective treatments.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in nursing.
  • 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
