About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team at ZoomInfo. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will play a critical role in aligning sales operations and business objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to manage and streamline operating cadences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Operationalize sales forecasts by analyzing data and trends, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Oversee pipeline management, ensuring all opportunities are tracked, monitored, and progressed effectively through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct regular deal reviews with sales leaders to evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and develop strategies to close deals successfully.
  • Track and monitor key sales initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of goals, strategies, and expectations.
  • Support change management efforts by developing and implementing plans to support transitions and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support sales growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience within a sales operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools to manage sales operations efficiently.
  • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives to support organizational transitions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex sales and operational challenges.
  • Strategic thinking to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
