Position Overview

As the Lead Project Manager, you will oversee the management of high-profile client accounts and projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications, engaging with internal teams and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, regularly updating stakeholders on project status.
  • Facilitate information flow throughout all project phases, ensuring that critical milestones are achieved.
  • Support the cultivation and maintenance of client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on project budget performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Assist in developing content for proposals related to new business opportunities.
  • Accurately report time spent on projects weekly.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
