About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to join our North America team at Hotwire - US. As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing creative concepts, blending strategic thinking with technical skills to produce innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs across multiple platforms.
  • Liaise directly with internal teams and clients to understand their vision, present drafts, and incorporate feedback to refine the final output.
  • Develop a wide range of digital assets including microsites, digital ads, social posts, infographics, logos, promotional campaign materials, keynotes, and presentations.
  • Oversee the production of client case studies, showcasing creative excellence and project success.
  • Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with strategic insights and fresh ideas.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading creative projects from concept to completion, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience designing across digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Knowledge with UI/UX principles, basic CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), G-Suite, and Keynote.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for creativity, with a drive to push boundaries and evolve brand standards.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creative vision, design aesthetics, and excellence.

Compensation Range: $65,000-$90,000
