Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Marketing. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers and creating high-quality creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.
  • Manage the end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation, including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages, and gates, and stakeholders' roles and responsibilities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
  • Uphold standards and best practices methods.
  • Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives, and requirements.
  • Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share it with the creative team.
  • Communicate project status to the creative team, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
  • Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Remove roadblocks and disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholders.
  • On-board and manage external vendor resources.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management.
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
