Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Team Lead to join our team at BISCUITS & BATH COMPANIES. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the process of building a complete and competent team, developing meaningful relationships with clients, and delivering operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Building
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of associates
    • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure skill development and cross-training
    • Manage associate performance to drive long-term success
    • Build a winning culture that aligns with company values
  • Client Relationship Development
    • Understand client needs and deliver services that meet those needs
    • Ensure responsible promises are made to clients
    • Address and resolve client concerns in real-time
    • Promote and market business services to clients
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure all promises are kept to clients
    • Exceed client expectations through exceptional service
    • Maintain facility and equipment in working order
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Three years of management experience
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service
  • High level of self-awareness and willingness to adapt
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan at least three months in advance
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet savvy
