Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Rebel Hospitality New York LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hotel's operational departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, Food and Beverage, and Front Office.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Financial Management: Assist the General Manager in preparing and managing the hotel's budget, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring that the hotel's reputation is maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of progressive experience in hotel operations, or a four-year college degree and at least one year of experience in hotel operations.
  • Supervisory Experience: Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Operating Systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Working Conditions:

The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with regular contact with guests and staff members. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $58,500 - $65,000 per year.
