Key Responsibilities
  • **Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment**: Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • **Provide Excellent Guest Service**: Deliver exceptional service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • **Operate and Maintain Equipment**: Effectively use and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • **Restock and Replenish Supplies**: Restock guest rooms and public areas with linens, toiletries, and other essential supplies.

Requirements
