Position Overview:

The HR Shared Service Specialist operates under general supervision and serves as a trusted representative of the People First team, providing support to local colleagues and employees. By fostering strong relationships, leveraging contextual knowledge within the assigned team, and applying expertise in processes and policies, this role will assist in resolving intricate, detailed, and highly visible HR-related inquiries, transactions, escalations, and projects. Key responsibilities include exemplifying customer service excellence and proactively devising solutions that enhance employee experiences while systematically addressing process challenges.

Role Specifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Ford's HR systems (e.g., Oracle, Visier).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar customer-facing position.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.

• A proactive mindset with strong critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges.

• Capability to strategically prioritize tasks and execute with agility and precision.
