Neuroscience Account Manager

About the Role:
Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our CNS portfolio to primary care and specialty accounts, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts such as skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive demand creation and sales growth
- Provide clinical knowledge and execute sales and marketing strategies in the local market
- Partner with customers to deploy approved services and meet their needs
- Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues
- Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environments to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in specialty product sales
- Prior experience promoting CNS/neuroscience products in primary care and specialty settings
- Documented successful sales performance and ownership of fully integrated account plans
