You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, overseeing the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and kitchen needs, and performing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies and kitchen needs
- Perform general administrative duties, including maintenance of conference room schedules and tidiness
- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Ensure the kitchen and lobby are tidy and organized at all times
- Keep production room and copy rooms properly stocked
- Assist the Marketing Team with projects as needed
- Help facilitate office events
- Support the staff with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with quick turnaround times
- Ability to work strongly in a team setting
- Ability to work independently
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship at the time of hire and in the future.
