Key Responsibilities
  • Administer exams and monitor students throughout the duration of the exams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including welcoming students, providing testing instructions, and assisting students and faculty as needed.
  • Receive and log incoming tests from instructors, and ensure timely delivery of test results.
  • Maintain a secure testing environment, making sound judgments to protect exam integrity.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and troubleshooting test errors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering or proctoring exams.
  • Experience working in an office or educational environment.
