Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Center Manager Trainee at Mathnasium, The Math Learning Center. As a Center Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center, including customer service, sales and marketing, and team building.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize enrollment, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and the surrounding community.
  • Collaborate with staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field with a strong focus on customer service and building connections.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced communication skills, including compassion, building connections, active listening, assessing customer needs, and providing solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with accuracy and sense of urgency.
  • Strong leadership skills, empathy, tact, and diplomacy, with the ability to interact and work cooperatively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Flexibility with schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
