Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team at CCARC INC.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with special needs in a residential setting, enabling them to achieve their full potential and live a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to participants, including assistance with personal care, hygiene, and treatments.
  • Coordinate and lead social and recreational activities, as well as shopping for food and clothing.
  • Monitor residents at mealtime and ensure their nutritional needs are met.
  • Respond to emergency situations and demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Manage household petty cash, food, and house money, and record the use of these resources.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Valid Driver's License and adequate insurance
  • Must complete the Agency's Employee Training
